This project explores the notion of dream and reality which was rooted in the content of the situational site. This relational environment, which is composed of different film fragments, narrates a lived story, the story of a perpetual journey between consciousness and conception.
Architectural projects usually have been presented in an objective way which the audiences recognize themselves as outsiders and passive observers. But In this project, a time-based medium was chosen for the presentation since what is perceived through the film is a subjective way of experiencing the space similar to dreaming or recalling memories.
On the Train of Experiences is an escape story of a dreamer who lived in the year 2020, where home rebelled against its dwellers and suffocated their imagination, memories and thoughts. Walls, which were meant to house their fragile bodies, imprisoned their minds and it was then when the dreamer seeks a route to survive…
