DORIS BOERMAN
SCULPTUUR – INSTALLATIE – PERFORMANCE
Doris Boerman is an artist working in the media of sculpture, installation and performance. Her work evolves from questions on the similarities between the exhibition space as a presentation model for art and the body as a presentation model for ‘self’. She explores the relationship between self-design and exhibition making. Within this focus she touches upon subjects such as the merging of high- and low culture, femininity, sexuality and architecture.
