Ro3kvit, the urban coalition for Ukraine, develops a methodology for rebuilding Ukraine’s (physical) infrastructure and cities. A coalition of experts in urban planning, regional planning, housing, heritage and related topics as economy, law, energy, circularity, sociology and policy making (both Ukrainians and internationals with experience in Ukraine) will be working in close collaboration with students and citizens.
The Kharkiv based NGO ‘Architecture education’ affiliated with the Kharkiv School of Architecture is initiator and handles management and administration of overall Ro3kvit.
