\u2018IN-BETWEEN SPACE\u2019, exhibition at Le 308 Bordeaux , 19 September \u2013 25 October 2019<\/p>\n

Liminal conditions, borders and territories are the subject of this exhibition held at The 308 \u2013 House of Architecture in New Aquitaine.<\/p>\n

The Borders & Territories TUDelft<\/a>, in association with the KU Leuven Faculty of Architecture Campus Sint-Lucas Brussels, and the Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure d\u2019Architecture et de Paysage de Bordeaux<\/a>, organised an international workshop focused on the areas between the airport and the historic heart of Bordeaux.<\/span><\/p>\n

It started with a walk of 6 hours in this hybrid landscape, defined by a wild mix of architectural typologies. The physical, intellectual and sensorial exploration was translated into 2 maps of 6m long and became the basis of analysing the nature of in-between spaces at the Bordeaux studio.<\/p>\n

The result of this research is presented in this exhibition: an analysis of the territory, cartography and architectural and urban interventions conducted by Masters students of different nationalities.<\/p>\n

Le 308 \u2013 Maison de l\u2019Architecture en Nouvelle-Aquitaine en collaboration avec le groupe de recherche Borders & Territories \u2013 Studio Bordeaux et en partenariat avec Equitone accueille l\u2019exposition \u00ab\u00a0Entre-deux territoires\u00a0\u00bb dans la cour du 308, du 19 septembre au 25 octobre.

Le groupe Borders & Territories de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Technique de Delft en coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure d\u2019Architecture et de Paysage de Bordeaux et KU Leuven, Facult\u00e9 d\u2019Architecture, campus Sint-Lucas Gand \/ Bruxelles, a organis\u00e9 un workshop international ax\u00e9 sur les zones entre l\u2019a\u00e9roport et le c\u0153ur historique de Bordeaux. Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par une marche\/d\u00e9rive de 6h dans ce paysage hybride, m\u00e9lange sauvage de typologies architecturales et autres. Cette exploration physique, intellectuelle et sensorielle a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 traduite en 2 cartographies de 6m de long et sont devenues la base et le support de projet du studio Bordeaux. C\u2019est le fruit de ce travail de recherche que pr\u00e9sente cette exposition\u00a0: une d\u00e9marche d\u2019analyse du territoire, de cartographie et d\u2019interventions architecturales et urbaines men\u00e9es par les \u00e9tudiants de diff\u00e9rentes nationalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
