Founded in Ghent in 2015 by Juliane Greb and run in partnership with Petter Krag since 2017, the office is dedicated to an anti-exclusive architecture. Accessible in a social, physical and emotional sense.

Alongside her practice, Greb contributes to the theoretical discourse on affordable and community-oriented housing, including with the editorial team of ARCH+, and teaches at UAntwerp, TU Delft and PBSA Düsseldorf, alongside a Visiting Professorship at RWTH Aachen. In 2023, together with Petter Krag, ARCH+ and Summacumfemmer, she curated the German Pavilion at the 18th Biennale Architettura di Venezia, “Open for Maintenance / Wegen Umbau geöffnet,” exploring repair, maintenance and care, and new alliances and forms of solidarity in architectural practice.

In 2025 she curated a talk together with PAF, Vai and BWMSTR. “What would a non-ableist city be like?”. How can we engage with historic architecture that is not only physically inaccessible but also represents and reproduces an aesthetic of ableism? And what it might mean to approach architecture by seeing disabled bodies and experiences not as problems to fix, but as starting points for design.

For the sofa, Juliane will share insights into “Learning from disability” and open up a conversation on how care, accessibility and collective experience can be placed at the centre of architecture linked to her own (teaching) practice.

Join us for fresh discussions, open dialogue, and an evening where everyone has a seat at the conversation, wrapping things up with a drink!

On Wednesday (7/10/26) at 18:30
At the bar MEUROP, Paleizenstraat 65, 1030 Brussels
KUL – Faculty of Architecture

For our second Wednesday evening, 07/10, we will welcome Juliane Greb from @BüroJulianeGreb on the sofa.
