{"id":4835,"date":"2023-09-26T16:51:15","date_gmt":"2023-09-26T16:51:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blog-archkuleuven.be\/architecture\/?p=4835"},"modified":"2023-10-11T13:33:00","modified_gmt":"2023-10-11T13:33:00","slug":"pure-talents-contest-2024-objects-spaces-call-for-entries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blog-archkuleuven.be\/architecture\/2023\/09\/26\/pure-talents-contest-2024-objects-spaces-call-for-entries\/","title":{"rendered":"Pure Talents Contest 2024 &#8211; Objects &#038; Spaces &#8211; deadline 16\/10"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0<strong>Pure Talents Contest<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 one of the most\u00a0<strong>internationally renowned competitions for up-and-coming talented designers<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 is now accepting entries.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of Koelnmesse we warmly invite <strong>students and alumni<\/strong>\u00a0to present their creative ideas and innovative concepts <strong>at imm cologne 2024,<\/strong> <strong>Germany\u2019s biggest interior design trade fair<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The competition is open to <b>students<\/b> and <b>professionals<\/b> from all around the world from the fields of <b>product design, interior design, industrial design, scenography, architecture, interior architecture<\/b> or related disciplines, who are still in education\/training or have been working in their field for up to five years.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, we\u2019re celebrating the\u00a0<strong>20th edition<\/strong>\u00a0of the Pure Talents Contest with an\u00a0<strong>exciting new concept<\/strong>. In addition to\u00a0<strong>products (objects)<\/strong>, for the first time we\u2019re also looking for <strong>interior design concepts (spaces)<\/strong>\u00a0that present visions of future living spaces.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/newsletter.koelnmesse.com\/-link2\/3205\/2951\/29\/259\/1539\/CmNMmg4r\/JKbW7a7a4j\/0\">Find further information here<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The revised competition concept will focus on three major themes intended to inspire the entrants:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lifestyle and home living in cities with limited space<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lifestyle and home living in a circular <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lifestyle and home living as a statement\/message\/concept<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The interior design concepts or spaces should bring the chosen theme to life and depict visions of future living.<\/p>\n<p>A shortlist of twelve nominees will be chosen to present their submissions at imm cologne, of which nine will be products entered in the \u201cObjects\u201d category and three will be interior design installations from the \u201cSpaces\u201d category.<\/p>\n<p>One winner for each of the themes will be selected by the jury and will receive <strong>prize money of Euro 1,000.<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen the prize-winners are presented, their\u00a0<strong>university and department and the people and companies who have been instrumental in their work<\/strong>\u00a0are always named as well as a mark of recognition for their valuable support and role in the students\u2019 development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entry deadline is 16 October 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Pure Talents Contest\u00a0\u2013 one of the most\u00a0internationally renowned competitions for up-and-coming talented designers\u00a0\u2013 is now accepting entries.
