Op het plein voor DE SINGEL maakt architectenbureau Saffir een toren van tafels.<\/span> De toren hangt vol tekeningen en foto\u2019s van hun architectuur. Het doorschijnende zonlicht en de wind brengen de afbeeldingen tot leven.
