Elodie Degavre is architect, docent, fotograaf, auteur en regisseur en woont<\/span> in Brussel. Haar documentaire<\/a> vertelt het verhaal van huizen die 50 jaar<\/span> geleden gerealiseerd werden in participatie-experimenten.<\/span><\/span>
Simone en Lucien Kroll, Jean Englebert en Paul Petit zijn de architecten die<\/span> deze projecten leidden.<\/span><\/span>
Stalen huizen aan de voet van een terril.<\/span> Een “meccano” van hout.<\/span> Een<\/span> bouwplaats in reserveonderdelen toevertrouwd aan studenten.<\/span> In Brussel,<\/span> Charleroi en Luik gaan drie architecten en een handvol avontuurlijke<\/span> bewoners hun woonidealen concretiseren.<\/span> Vers van mei 68 zullen ze het<\/span> revolutionaire potentieel van kitarchitectuur demonstreren.<\/span> Wat blijft er<\/span> vandaag over van hun huizen van morgen?<\/span><\/span>

Elodie Degavre is an architect, teacher, photographer, author and director<\/span> living in Brussels. Her documentary<\/a> tells the story of houses realized 50<\/span> years ago in participatory experiments.<\/span><\/span>
Simone and Lucien Kroll, Jean Englebert and Paul Petit are the architects<\/span> who led these projects.<\/span><\/span>
Steel houses at the foot of a slag heap. A “meccano” of wood. A<\/span> construction site in spare parts entrusted to students. In Brussels, Charleroi<\/span> and Li\u00e8ge, three architects and a handful of adventurous residents will<\/span> concretize their residential ideals. Fresh from May 68, they will demonstrate<\/span> the revolutionary potential of kit architecture. What remains today of their<\/span> homes of tomorrow?<\/span><\/span>
