Bert Gellynck is partner of 1010a+u, together with Nadia Casabella, a design office involved with transdisciplinary and inclusive approaches. In the sofa talk we will discuss with Bert Gellynck the involvement of 1010 in MolenWest, ParckFarm, and other new public spaces in Brussels. Question is what design strategies contribute to the redistribution of public space. Part of the discussion is how the profession of architect changes (or not) in that struggle.
