Yeah! The KU Leuven, Faculty of Architecture expands territories and sets up a NY Hub for Research and Practice in Architecture.
Based on previous successful collaborations between KU Leuven, Faculty af Architecture and Flanders House New York (representation of the Flemish Government to the U.S.A.), together with many other academic and professional institutions in the broader New York region (see previous Streetscape Territories projects in New York 2012-2017 with collaborations with Pratt Institute, Columbia University, Municipal Art Society, Forum for Urban Design, Parks and Recreation Department NYC etc.) and responding to the increasingly challenging conditions for foreign students, professionals, researchers and alumni in Science, Engineering & Technology to have access to the local academic and professional fields, this NY hub is now created by the Faculty of Architecture, with the help of the Science, Engineering and Technology Group, Flanders House New York and Belcham New York.
