With our first studio in year two we look at contemporary modes of ‘being at home’ to critique and design ‘new’ living models. The domestic program is one we all have most experience with. This studio guides students to re-invent this familiar program. As urban dwellers we trans-located previously domestic events to the public sphere of the city; from having our morning expresso to dinner with friend. How could this changed the way we design our homes?
